Once we have received your booking enquiry we will request a holding deposit to confirm your stay. Full payment is required 14 days before your tenancy, which can be paid by direct bank transfer or credit card– we accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

No refunds thereafter, but in the event of a late cancellation we can reschedule your stay to a mutually agreed-upon time or issue a credit voucher.

All prices are GST Inclusive. Longer stays will be quoted individually.

TWO WEEK NIGHTS (Monday to Thursday)	$800.00
ONE WEEKEND NIGHT (Fri/Sat/Sun)	$525.00
TWO WEEKEND NIGHTS (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun)	$1,000.00
LONG WEEKEND (Fri/Sat/Sun)	$1,500.00
