To confirm your reservation we require a holding deposit. Full payment in advance must be received 14 days before the tenancy.
Sorry, no refunds thereafter, but, in the event of a late cancellation, if we can find another tenancy in those two weeks we will reschedule your stay to a mutually agreed time.
